Emergency Medicine Specialists (EMS) is a democratic physician led group seeking full or part time board certified Emergency Medicine physicians! Offering employee contracts potentially leading to partnership.
Serving hospitals in the Milwaukee, WI market EMS is able to offer varied practice settings and a wide range of medical pathology, acuity, and accommodating different practice styles. Physicians are able to select which sites they work at.
All sites are covered by 24/7 physician coverage with midlevel support - strong group of midlevel providers allowing for variable staffing patterns. Midlevel staffing varies by time of day.

- Shift length – primarily 8 hours.
o Neighborhood hospital shift length 12-24 hour - EPIC EMR
- Voice dictation software
